Shocking allegations and demands for justice fill the following letter from local resident, Jason M. Boyle. In a direct message to Solicitor Micah Black, Boyle accuses a process server and legal counsel of fabricating evidence—an act he insists is not only unethical but criminal. Below is the complete text of his urgent plea, calling for accountability and immediate investigation into the alleged perjury.

Dear Mr. Black,

I hope this message finds you well. I have read about your work and am optimistic you will bring fresh perspective and integrity to your office.

I am writing to report a serious crime. My wife, Dorothy, has been falsely accused—both in court and in writing—of threatening to shoot a process server. Had she done so, it would indeed be a serious crime and I am confident it would have been handled. However, no actual report was ever filed because the threat never happened. The creation and submission of this false affidavit is itself a serious offense, and it has caused significant harm to Dorothy.

Attorney Keith Denny presented this fabricated lie to a judge in court. Such perjury is intolerable. The affidavit is unequivocally fraudulent for the following reasons:

  1. It does not specify the date or time of the alleged incident.

  2. It does not state what is being served?

  3. It does not state what happened to the documents? Did he serve them anyways? Did he just quit and say it is not important?

  4. It omits the phone number that was supposedly called, as well as the number from which the call was placed.

  5. It fails to mention that Mr. Wessendorf had previously served Dorothy and would be familiar with her voice.

  6. Dorothy has a distinct Ugandan accent, yet the affidavit claims she “identified herself as Dorothy Pierce” without referencing her accent—an obvious omission given their prior interactions.

  7. Mr. Wessendorf works within the Solicitor’s Office, and the deliberate vagueness of his affidavit indicates intentional deceit.

I beg you to provide transparency and accountability. Please provide the specific day and time of the alleged call, along with the phone numbers involved, to and from. Furthermore, I request a full investigation into Mr. Wessendorf’s actions and that he be held responsible for his misconduct. This affidavit will not hold up under the scrutiny of a deposition.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this critical matter.

Sincerely, Jason M. Boyle
